Ⅰ. Points Description
- Points Definition: Points are exclusive digital benefits provided by Antigravity. They are not considered tokens or vouchers. Points can be used on Antigravity Mall for certain services and functions, subject to the instructions on the Antigravity website.
- Points Value: Points can only be used by the account holder for discounts on the Antigravity Mall, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, inherited, pledged, or otherwise disposed of, and cannot be used across accounts.
- Applicable Region: Points can only be used in the country where they were earned and do not support cross-region settlement.
Ⅱ. Earning Points
You can earn points by purchasing products on Antigravity Mall:

Purchase Reward Points:

After an order is completed, you will receive Points equivalent to 1% of the actual payment amount (referring to the cash payment portion after deducting discount codes and Points redemption and excluding taxes and shipping fees).

The number of Points issued for an order when Points are used will be calculated in accordance with the applicable platform's Points rules. Under the current rules, 100 Points can be used to deduct $1 USD of the order amount. The system will calculate the number of Points to be issued based on the order amount and the exchange rate rules on the relevant platform (rounded down).

Note: If the actual order amount is less than $0.01 after conversion, no points will be issued*.*

After the order payment is successful, the Points will be issued to your account in the "Pending" status.

To ensure transaction security and handle potential return and exchange requests, Points will officially convert to "Available" status 14 calendar days after the order is completed.

Points adjustment:
- In the event of a refund, return, rejection, payment reversal, or other situations where the transaction is not completed for an order, Antigravity reserves the right to withdraw, deduct, or freeze the Points already issued and the Points already used for that order. If the user's Point balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, Antigravity reserves the right to deduct future Point issuances.

User Registration Status:

Registered Users: The system will automatically identify and issue Points to the account associated with the mobile number (Mainland China) or email address (overseas) provided when you placed your order.

Unregistered Users: If you place an order without being registered, the system will retain a record of the order. Once you register using the mobile number or email address used when placing the order, the system will automatically trace and issue the Points. However, Antigravity reserves the right to determine the ownership of the Points based on account information, order information, device information, and risk control rules. In the event of disputes, anomalies, or inability to confirm ownership, Antigravity reserves the right to refuse to issue or defer the issuance of Points.

Ⅲ. Point Usage
- Points can be used for discounts on all products in the Antigravity Mall (including drones, accessories, Antigravity Care, etc.), excluding special cases, such as price supplements on certain products.
- Points can only be used for discounts on products and cannot currently be used for shipping fees and taxes.
- Points can be used in combination with event prices and promo codes. At checkout, the system will automatically calculate applicable discounts based on the current rules. Then, Points can be used for additional discounts, with the actual discount being subject to what appears on the checkout page.
Ⅳ. Deduction Threshold

The system will automatically calculate the applicable order amount available based on the Point rules, rounding down.

If the calculated deductible amount is lower than the minimum available for use on this platform (e.g., the local amount of the order is less than 0.01; or the amount in Japanese Yen, Korean Won, or New Taiwan Dollar is less than 1), then Points cannot be used for discounts.

Example Scenarios:

Scenario A: You have 8 Points with an order amount of $0.08 USD. When converted to euros and rounded down, the order amount is €0.00. Since it does not reach the minimum threshold of €0.01, Points can not be used.

Scenario B: You have 100 Points with an order amount of $1.00 USD. When converted to Japanese Yen, it is converted to ¥150 (assuming an exchange rate of 1:150). Since ¥150 ≥ ¥1, points can be used normally.

In the event of a Point display error, delayed issuance, or calculation errors due to reasons such as system delays, network abnormalities, exchange rate fluctuations, or third-party payment service failures, Antigravity will make corrections within a reasonable range. Exchange rates are automatically converted by the system based on a third-party exchange rate source used at the time of the transaction, and the specific results shall be subject to the results shown on the checkout page.
Ⅴ. Points Validity Period and Expiration
- Points have a validity period of 365 calendar days, calculated from the date they convert to the "Available" status.
- Points that have not been used within this period will automatically expire. We recommend using them in a timely manner.
Ⅵ. Code of Conduct for Points Usage
- You shall use the points lawfully, and shall not use Points for any purpose that violates laws, regulations, policies, this Agreement and related agreements; goes against public order, social or moral standards; interferes with the normal operation of the Antigravity platform; or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, nor shall you violate any other legally binding document.
- You shall not engage in Point transactions with other users, or obtain Points from third parties through purchase, acceptance of gifts, or other means.
- If a violation is discovered, Antigravity reserves the right to issue penalties such as deducting Points, canceling accounts, canceling orders, etc. Violations include, but are not limited to, acts such as false transactions, malicious order manipulation, malicious refund requests, bulk account registration, automated operations, exploiting system vulnerabilities, reselling, or other acts prohibited by laws and regulations.
- If a user account is frozen, canceled, subject to usage restrictions, or presents a risk of violation, Antigravity reserves the right to correspondingly restrict or freeze the Points, or reset the relevant Points to zero.
VII. Other
Antigravity reserves the right to unilaterally modify and adjust the content of these rules in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, regulatory policies, industry standards, and Antigravity's business strategies, and update them on the relevant pages. The updated content will effectively replace the original agreement content seven calendar days after the update, and Antigravity will appropriately notify users of the updated content, including but not limited to platform notifications, website announcements, etc., so that they can promptly understand the latest version of this agreement.
