Terms of Registration and Liability Waiver

Welcome to register for the Antigravity (the “Brand”) drone test flight experience. To protect your rights and safety, please read and agree to the following terms carefully before submitting your registration:

1. Nature of the Event and City Partner Declaration

Not Officially Operated: You acknowledge and agree that this offline test flight event is not directly organized or conducted by Antigravity or its official staff.

Independent Third Party: After receiving your registration, the Brand will assign your test flight request to a “City Partner” in your region. The City Partner is a fully independent promotional partner and is not an employee, agent, or franchisee of the Brand. The City Partner will communicate with you directly and will be solely responsible for arranging the specific time, location, and process of the test flight.

2. Safety Risks and Waiver of Liability

Assumption of Risk and Compliance: Drone flying is an outdoor activity involving inherent potential risks. You agree to follow the City Partner’s safety instructions throughout the test flight and confirm that your physical condition is suitable for participation. You acknowledge that different countries and regions may impose specific requirements for drone operations, including registration, no-fly zones, and pilot qualifications, even for non-commercial use. If you operate the drone yourself, you are responsible for cooperating with the City Partner to ensure that the operation complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

Disclaimer of Liability: The Brand provides information-matching services solely for test flight requests and does not substantively inspect the safety of the test site or verify the qualifications of the City Partner. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, if you or any third party suffers personal injury or property damage during the test flight due to improper guidance by the City Partner, improper maintenance of equipment by the City Partner, or conditions at the test site, Antigravity shall not be jointly or severally liable. Any such dispute shall be resolved directly between you and the City Partner responsible for organizing the test flight.

3. Data Privacy and Consent to Share Information

To arrange the test flight for you, you expressly authorize and consent to Antigravity sharing the personal information you provide in this form, including your name, phone number or email address, and city, with the City Partner responsible for your region.

The Brand requires City Partners to use your information solely to arrange this specific test flight and strictly prohibits disclosure or use for other commercial marketing. If you later decide not to participate, you may request directly that the City Partner delete your contact information.

4. Purchase Decisions and Official Support

Participation in the test flight is entirely voluntary, and you are under no obligation to purchase any product. If you decide to purchase after the experience, you are welcome to place your order through the exclusive affiliate link provided by the City Partner to support their work.

Please note that a City Partner has no authority to make commitments on behalf of Antigravity that exceed official policies, including additional return or exchange terms, private discounts, or exaggerated performance claims.
