Question 1

Why is there a registration fee for the test flight?

Accepted Answer

This helps ensure commitment from the participant and fairly compensates the City Partner for their time, expertise, and equipment maintenance. This fee will be fully paid to the City Partner once your test flight is complete.

Question 2

Is the registration fee refundable?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows: - Full Refund: If the City Partner cancels the booking, or if you provide at least 72 hours' written notice prior to the scheduled test flight. - Non-Refundable: If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, do not attend the test flight, or the test flight has already been completed.

Question 3

Can I get the registration fee back if I buy the drone?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We view the registration fee as an investment in your journey. If you decide to purchase Antigravity A1 using your City Partner's unique referral link, the registration fee will be deducted from your purchase price , making your test flight effectively free .

Question 4

What happens if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

Drones and rain don't mix! If the weather is unsuitable for flying (e.g., rain or low visibility), the test flight can be rescheduled at no additional cost. If a reschedule isn't possible, your registration fee will be fully refunded.
