Question 3

Can the Antigravity Extended Warranty be refunded or transferred?

Accepted Answer

Refund policy: For extended warranties purchased together with a drone: If the bound device is returned within 7 days of receipt and the benefits are unused, a refund can be processed together with the device. If the benefits have been used, the service is non-refundable. For extended warranties purchased separately: Mainland China users may return within 7 days of receipt, and overseas users within 15 days of receipt, provided the benefits are unused. If used, the service is non-refundable. If the drone is not returned and the original warranty has expired while the extended warranty is still in effect, the extended warranty cannot be canceled or refunded separately. Extended warranty services purchased through non-official store channels cannot be revoked, returned, or exchanged. Transfer policy: Once bound, this service cannot be transferred to a third party. Each device can be bound to only one extended warranty service.
