Told you we weren’t finished. With the Big Spring Update, great just got even better. When we first started developing A1, our goal was to create a new kind of drone. More than simply a tool to take videos, but an extension of yourself, rising into the clouds. That's not the kind of ambition that ends when the shipping label goes on the box.

With this update, we’re building on A1’s strengths to give you the freedom to push your imagination further and creating an even more immersive flight experience that brings the fun back to drone flying.

[Updated] Auto Edit 2.0 - You Fly, We'll Edit

Auto Edit has been upgraded to deliver richer visuals and stronger storytelling. With access to a wider variety of shots and camera movements, including 360° motion and dynamic FPV-style angles, it can craft truly cinematic videos that will leave the audience hungry for more.

We've also added another dimension to the mix: sound. Auto Edit can analyze your footage and automatically generate appropriate sound effects, enriching each moment with extra texture and impact.

Behind the scenes, the backend has also been comprehensively upgraded. Thanks to optimized editing logic, Auto Edit more clearly understands your creative vision and can deliver a wider range of results that align with your intent.

[Updated] Omnidirectional Obstacle Avoidance - Fly with Confidence

A1 can now fully leverage its dual-lens camera system, combining 360 sensing with forward- and downward-facing binocular vision for comprehensive environmental awareness, keeping your flights safer than ever. We’ve also introduced a new obstacle-handling mode. With the new Bypass Mode, A1 can intelligently plan an alternative route, getting around the obstacle and flying safely out of harm’s way.

[New] Timelapse - Add Time to Your Toolkit

We've introduced an all-new capture mode designed to unlock even more creative possibilities. Create stunning timelapse videos that transform hours of footage into a single, breathtaking sequence. This mode is perfect for capturing the transition from day to night, drifting clouds, bustling city streets, or other slow-changing scenes and turning them into moments of magic.

Timelapse is especially powerful when paired with High-Capacity Flight Batteries for longer flight times, and when using Sky Path to carefully curate your journey through time.

[New] Voice Assistant - "A1, Let's Fly"

Just say the word. A1 can now respond to your voice commands to activate specific features and actions for a hands-off control method that keeps your focus on creating. We've added a whole list of voice commands (link to the commands) that cover everything from takeoff and landing to activating Sky Genie maneuvers and changing A1 settings on the fly. The easiest way to fly just got even easier.

[Updated] Virtual Cockpit - Epic Adventures Await

Immerse yourself in the ultimate flight experience with Virtual Cockpit's new third-person perspective. Not only can you now visually see yourself on your fantasy mount, but it's also now possible to combine it with Sky Path, sending your friends and family soaring through the air on a dragon or in a starship. Additionally, we've added two new Path Styles (Yellow & Blue) and two new Path Markers (Coin & Crystal), so you can paint your flights with vibrant colors and breathtaking visual flair.

More Exciting Features

That’s not all. We’ve also added several new features designed to enhance the flight experience and let you push your flights even further. Highlights include a new Flight Reference Line in the flight view, making flying in both FPV and FreeMotion more intuitive, support for Bluetooth headsets, and Arc Out, a new Sky Genie flight maneuver. How to Update

To update to the latest version, pair the drone, goggles, and controller, and then connect the goggles to your phone. When the new firmware update prompt appears in the Antigravity app, tap "Update".
