The Antigravity Website Privacy Policy ("this Policy") describes how we might collect, store, us, and/or share personal information when you interact with us. The Policy applies to the products and services that we provide and the extensions thereof, including various products and services that we provide to you through the our official website and future new forms emerging with technology ("our Platform"). If a separate privacy policy or user service agreement exists for a specific product or service, the privacy policy or user service agreement for that product or service will prevail. If the privacy policy or user service agreement for the product or service is not covered by such product or service, this Policy shall prevail. 1.Information We Collect From You
1.1 Subscribe for newsletter
When you choose to subscribe to our latest news and event information, in order to timely push the latest news or event information to you or get in touch with you, we will collect your email address on the basis of your consent, and you can unsubscribe by contacting us at any time.
1.2 Purchasing Our Products
Online Shopping
When you choose to shop in our Online Stores, we need to collect your name, email address, address, bank card information (if you choose to pay by credit card), invoice information (if you choose to invoice) to process the transaction. Additionally, if you choose to shop in “Guest Mode”, we will also need to collect your email address.
Official Store Reviews
When you choose to upload a consumer review on our Official Store, please note that your nickname will not be anonymized or de-identified, so if you are reviewing under your real name, we may need to collect your name.
1.3 Warranty
Antigravity Care
When you need to purchase or activate AntigravityCare or extended warranty service, we need to collect your product serial number, product purchase information, AntigravityCare password and agreement number to match it with your purchase.
After-sales service
When you apply for after-sales service, in order to match you with the nearest repairer and more accurately determine the problem and provide repair service, we need to collect your location, product serial number, product purchase information, problem description, Antigravity Care agreement number (if you have Antigravity Care), , pickup and delivery address. If you apply for our Online Repair service, we need to collect your name,email address, return address, product serial number, fault condition, date of purchase of product, etc.
When you contact us through our Platform, by email or in any written form, in order to resolve your issue, we need to collect a record of the communication between you and customer service. We will also use the information we collect and use your contents of the communication between you and us, and any other reviews or feedback you provide to facilitate communications with you and to respond to your inquiries.
In order to enhance your service experience and improve service quality, we may send you post-service surveys. When you participate in the surveys, we will collect your survey response information.
1.4 Reporting Bugs or Feedback & Suggestions
When you need to report bugs and provide suggestions to us, in order to contact you, we need to collect information about the problem you need to give feedback on or you expect an improvement on (including the Inquiry type, your needs or concerns), your nickname (if any), email address(if any) and the attachment you uploaded(if any).

When you participate in specific activities we organize, in order to confirm that your uploaded work is made by our products and to contact you in a timely manner, we need to collect your submission type, camera type, name, email address, content of your work (which may include your portrait, voice and other personal information, etc.), title, description of your work, date of creation, time of creation, geographical location, etc.
Let your idea fly. When you participate in the activity "Let your idea fly" in the Antigravity Hub, in order to know about your ideas and contact you later, we will collect the ideas you submit to us, as well as your name and contact information if you choose to provide them.
1.6 Apply for Reseller Cooperation
Apply to become a Reseller. When you apply to become our Reseller, in order to contact you and conduct business cooperation, we need to collect your corporate information (company name, country or region, specific corporate address, type of store, online store access URL), applicant information (name, email address, position) and the purpose of cooperation.
1.7 Account Registration and Login
When you register and login to your account on our Platform via your email address, we need to collect your email address and password. During registration, we will verify your identity by sending a verification code to your email address to confirm your identity. After registering your account, you can choose to provide your nickname, picture, gender, date of birth, location, profile description, background picture. If you refuse to provide the above information, it will not affect your use of our Platform to register an account.
We may use contact information you provide to send you notifications such as changes to our Policy terms, conditions and policies regarding the services.

2.1 Accessing our platforms
When you access our platforms, we automatically collects technical data including your Media Access Control (MAC) address, GPS address, screen resolution, operating system and its version, device manufacturer and its model, language, Internet browser and its version, the name of the software you are using and its version and the time it was taken.
2.2 Provision of Our Services
Logs
We need to collect information such as Log files generated when you use our products and services. The log files include device and other technical information.
We may use the information for security purposes, including identity verification, detection and prevention of security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis and handling measures according to the law to better prevent security risks such as website phishing, fraud, network loopholes, computer virus, network attack, network intrusion and other security risks and to more accurately identify actions in violation of laws and regulations or the relevant product or service agreements.
