Antigravity EU Data Act Statement

The EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) applies to certain hardware products and the services that control them. Under the Data Act, these are defined as “connected products” and “related services.” This document provides information regarding Antigravity connected products and their associated services.

What types of data are generated during the use of Antigravity connected products?

PRODUCT DATA

Antigravity designs and manufactures drones engineered specifically for professional and consumer aerial photography and videography applications.

Where these products fall within the definition of connected products under the EU Data Act, they may generate diverse categories and volumes of data. The specifics of such data are contingent on device type, functional specifications, software version, user-configured settings, and actual usage scenarios—including but not limited to flight logs and device operation records. Such data is formatted as .txt, or .log files for compatibility and accessibility.

Data capture occurs continuously and in real time during active device operation. By default, all data is stored on the drone itself until manually deleted by the user or automatically overwritten by new data when the device storage capacity reaches its upper limit. When you connect to the app, with your consent, data is transferred to Antigravity servers and its retention periods align with the company’s official Data Retention Policy, unless the user initiates manual deletion prior to the policy-mandated timeline.

RELATED SERVICE DATA

Antigravity offers a comprehensive ecosystem of complementary services to enhance product usability. This includes mobile applications tailored to streamline device operation and management, as well as firmware updates, and dedicated customer support.

Where these services are classified as related services under the EU Data Act, Antigravity may receive and store the aforementioned data, but only if the user has explicitly opted to upload such data to Antigravity servers. Additionally, the services themselves may generate distinct data sets—such as consolidated flight records—with the type and volume varying based on service functionality, software version, user settings, and usage patterns.

How to Access Your Data

If Antigravity has collected personal data that can identify you in connection with your use of our connected products, you may access this data by reviewing the Antigravity App Privacy Policy. For local data stored on your device, you may also clear the app cache to delete associated data files.

As noted above, local device data is subject to periodic overwriting and deletion during normal usage cycles when storage capacity is exhausted.

If you authorize a third party to access data generated by your use of Antigravity products on your behalf, that third party may contact us using the contact details in the Privacy Policy. Antigravity will grant the authorized third party access to your identifiable data only upon reaching a mutual agreement with the requesting party, and only if such data is held by Antigravity in an identifiable format.
