What does the Antigravity Care service include?
Product Replacement
If damage or drone loss (flyaway) occurs during normal use or from an accident, you can request a replacement through the Antigravity Care service process. After completion, you will receive a replacement product from Antigravity.
The number of available replacements varies between different service plans:
Antigravity Care 1-Year Plan: Two replacements within one year
Includes one replacement for a lost drone (flyaway).
Antigravity Care 2-Year Plan: Four replacements within two years
Includes two replacements for a lost drone (flyaway).
Free Two-Way Shipping
Antigravity covers shipping costs both ways for all approved replacement services.
Official Warranty
Antigravity provides free repair service if covered parts malfunction due to non-user error while Antigravity Care is active. Please refer to the Terms of Service for a detailed list of covered parts.
Antigravity Care 1-Year Plan: Covered parts are eligible for official warranty within the plan validity period.
Antigravity Care 2-Year Plan: Covered parts are eligible for official warranty within the plan validity period.

What is covered under Antigravity Care?
Antigravity Care provides coverage for product damage resulting from normal use, including:
Accidental drops and crashes
Water ingress
Lost connections leading to unrecoverable drones
Natural wear and tear
Scenarios not covered include damage caused by intentional misuse, as well as direct or indirect losses due to force majeure events. For full details, please refer to the Terms of Service.

How do I purchase Antigravity Care?
To purchase Antigravity Care for the first time, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be brand new and unactivated.
The drone must be activated within 48 hours of purchase.
If your product does not meet these conditions, please contact Antigravity Technical Support to request eligibility. Once approved, you must complete your purchase within 48 hours of receiving the notification.
Renewals are not currently supported.

Currently, Antigravity Care is available to customers in Mainland China, United States, Canada, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey, Romania, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan (China), Hong Kong (China), Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines.
You can check availability in your country on the official Antigravity Store. To ensure full support, Antigravity Care and any corresponding products must be purchased in the same country or region.

How can I purchase Antigravity Care?
You can purchase Antigravity Care in the following ways:
(1) When buying a new product on the official Antigravity Store:
Add Antigravity Care (1-Year Plan or 2-Year Plan) to your order during checkout.
(2) When purchasing separately on the official Antigravity Store:
Enter your product's SN (serial number) and complete verification before purchase.
(3) At an official offline store or authorized retailer:
Purchase an Antigravity Care (1-Year Plan or 2-Year Plan) physical card. After purchase, follow the included instructions to link Antigravity Care to your product's SN (serial number).

I purchased the Antigravity Care service. How can I check my service benefits?
You can click here to enter your product's SN (serial number) and view the activation date, binding date, and expiration date of your Antigravity Care service.

What is the difference between Antigravity Care and the official warranty?
The official warranty provides free repair services for product performance failures caused by non-user factors. The warranty period is one year, and it does not include global warranty coverage.
Antigravity Care, on the other hand, covers product damage caused by normal use and accidents. You can choose either the 1-Year Plan or 2-Year Plan. Antigravity Care also includes global warranty coverage. If your product meets the service requirements, you can receive replacement or warranty service at any officially authorized repair center worldwide that supports Antigravity Care. For more details, please contact Antigravity Technical Support.
