Yingling Innovations Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively the “Antigravity”, “us” “our” or “we”) understand the importance of your privacy to you and will respect your privacy. The Antigravity Privacy Policy ("this Policy") describes how we might collect, store, us, and/or share personal information when you interact with us. The Policy applies to the products and services that we provide and the extensions thereof, including various products and services that we provide to you through our mobile application, official website, and new forms emerging with technology ("our Platform"). If a separate privacy policy or user service agreement exists for a specific product or service, the privacy policy or user service agreement for that product or service will prevail. If the privacy policy or user service agreement for the product or service is not covered by such product or service, this Policy shall prevail. If one of our affiliated companies uses the products or services provided by us in their products or services but does not set up a separate privacy policy, this Policy shall also apply to such products or services. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Antigravity User Service Agreement.
Please note that the Policy does not apply to information collected through other means, such as offline channels or any other website operated by the company or any third parties. Additionally, any third-party application or content (including advertisements) that may link to or be accessible from this website is not covered by this Policy. This policy is not intended to override the terms of any contact you have with us, not any rights you may have under other applicable data privacy laws. I. How We Collect and Use Your Information
Personal information is all kinds of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, recorded electronically or by other means, excluding information that has been anonymized. Please note that the definition of "personal information" (or "personal data" and other similar expressions) may vary from country to country or region to region, so please refer to the laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information in your region.
1. Information We Collect From You
1.1 Account Registration and Login
We will collect certain information from you to enable account registration and subsequence account login. When you create an account and log in to our Platform, we collect certain information to facilitate your registration and subsequent access. Depending on your chosen login method, this may include:
- Login credentials, such as your email address and password or phone number;
After registering your account, you can choose to provide your nickname, picture. If you refuse to provide the above information, it will not affect your use of our Platform to register an account.
1.2 Device Connection and Control
To help you use the relevant functions of your device (such as drones, Antigravity Vision, Antigravity Grip, accessories, etc., hereinafter referred to as “devices”), including device connection, activation, binding, and control, we need to collect and use the following information:

Device Information: When you first connect, activate, or bind your device, we collect its unique identifiers (such as serial number, device ID, MAC address, etc.), device model, system version, and other related information. This is used to complete device registration, activation, binding, as well as subsequent compatibility adaptation, function support, and after-sales services.

Network Information: When you remotely control your device via the App or use network-related functions (such as synchronization or uploading), we collect information on whether the device is connected to the internet, the type of connection (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth), and related details to ensure stability and continuity during device control and data transmission.

Operation and Usage Information: When you use the App to control your device for operations such as shooting or parameter settings, we collect device status information (including connection status, functional status, and operating status) and device operation logs.

Mobile Device Information: Mobile device identifiers, mobile phone model, and system version.

Location Information of Mobile Device: To enable the function of recording current location information during shooting, we may collect your location information when the application is running in the background.

Precise Geographical Location Information of Antigravity Device: When you use features such as flight safety data updates, flight maps, Geofencing, Find My Drone, services, and support, we collect the precise geographical location information of the Antigravity device paired with the App in order to provide functional support and after-sales services.
1.3 Message Notifications
In the course of our operations, we may send you one or more types of notifications through the App interface or via the contact information you provide while using our products and/or services (such as your email address). These notifications may include, for example, service status updates, identity verification, security verification, user experience surveys, service feedback invitations, and customer research related to products or features.
Please be aware that certain notifications are essential for the provision of services as they relate to core functions and security verification. For other types of notifications, please rest assured that if you do not wish to receive them, you may disable or unsubscribe from them through the following methods:
1.3.1 For App notifications: You can adjust your message reception preferences via the “My – Settings” function.
1.3.2 For email communications: If you do not wish to receive such messages, you can unsubscribe using the method provided in the email, or you may contact us directly to unsubscribe.
1.4 Video Editing and Intelligent Processing
When you use the editing function to process captured content, your video files are processed locally on your device and will not be uploaded to the cloud. The system only records your editing operation logs (such as cropping timestamps, filter application, etc.) for the purposes of local preview, effect generation, and troubleshooting.
1.5 Uploading Your Work
When you participate in our call for submissions with prizes , in order to confirm that your uploaded work is made by our products and to contact you in a timely manner, we need to collect your submission type, camera type, name, email address, content of your work (which may include your portrait, voice and other personal information, etc.), title, description of your work, date of creation, time of creation, geographical location, etc.
When you choose to upload your text, image and video works (including public post, private post and save into draft box) to our Platform, in order to manage and recommend your work, we need to collect your nickname, profile picture, content you published or to be published, as well as information of device you are using to create the content, the time of creation, and the location.
When you receive our campaign rewards, in order to issue the rewards to you, we need to collect your Paypal account number, Paypal email, name and country.
1.6 Flight Record Cloud Backup Function
When you wish to synchronize your flight records to the cloud in real time and associate them with your logged-in account, you may enable the Flight Record Cloud Backup function via “Settings – Flight Record Sync.” Before enabling and using this function, please read and agree to the Flight Record Cloud Backup Function Privacy Statement.
1.7 Rolling cache Function
To assist you in quickly locating the surrounding environment to retrieve the device when the drone unexpectedly loses connection, the system will continuously record in a loop the most recent 30-60 seconds of the flight interface view locally on the glasses device (containing only the video footage, excluding flight parameters such as altitude and coordinates). Please rest assured that this video is only independently cached locally on the glasses device. After each recording, it will automatically overwrite the old content and will not be transmitted to the cloud. When your glasses device is connected to the Antigravity App and you click to enter the 'Find My Drone' page in the App, the cached video will be synced to the App. At this time, the cached video only exists locally on the mobile device, automatically overwrites old content, and will not be transmitted to the cloud.
1.8 Warranty
Purchase of Antigravity Care & Extended Warranty
When you need to purchase or activate AntigravityCare or extended warranty service, we need to collect your product serial number, product purchase information, AntigravityCare card number, password and agreement number to match it with your purchase.
After-sales service
When you apply for after-sales service, in order to match you with the nearest repairer and more accurately determine the problem and provide repair service, we need to collect your location, product serial number, product purchase information, problem description, Antigravity Care agreement number (if you have purchased Antigravity Care), Antigravity extended warranty agreement number (if you have purchased Antigravity Extended Warranty), pickup and delivery address. If you apply for our Online Repair service, we need to collect your name, phone number, email address, return address, product serial number, fault condition, date of purchase of product, etc.
When you contact us through our Platform, by email, via our App, or in any written form, in order to resolve your issue, we need to collect a record of the communication between you and customer service. We will also use the information we collect and use your account information, order information, contents of the communication between you and us, and any other reviews or feedback you provide to facilitate communications with you and to respond to your inquiries. If you contact us with inquiries or feedback via “Service and Support – Ticket Service,” we will collect the information you submit that is related to the issue (such as the type of problem and the associated product). During the process of creating a ticket, if you choose to upload logs, we will also collect the device logs you select. We will use the information you provide solely for the purpose of providing you with after-sales service and support, and not for any other purpose.
1.9 Network Security -- Reporting Bugs and Error
When you need to report bugs and provide suggestions to us, in order to contact you, we need to collect information about the problem you need to give feedback on (such as product category, problem type, recurrence steps, recurrence probability, whether you can recover it, etc.) and your name, phone number or email address.
1.10 Marketing
When you choose to participate in the activities held by us or subscribe to our event information, in order to timely push the event information to you or get in touch with you, we will collect your name, phone number or email address, home address, survey content, etc. on the basis of your consent, you can unsubscribe by contacting us.
2. Information Automatically Generated and Collected
2.1 Accessing our platforms
When you access our platforms, we automatically collect technical data including your Media Access Control (MAC) address, screen resolution, operating system and its version, device manufacturer and its model, language, Internet browser and its version, the name of the software you are using and its version and the time it was taken.
2.2 Permissions
To achieve the above purposes, our App requests permission to access certain information from your device that are necessary for the provision of our services. You can enable or withdraw the relevant permission authorization at any time via the “My – Settings” function. After withdrawing the authorization, we will no longer collect information related to these permissions. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information that has already been collected and used based on your prior authorization.

2.3 Security
Logs
We need to collect information such as Log files generated when you use our products and services. The log files include device and other technical information. You may also choose to upload log files to help us identify the issue. We may use the information for security purposes, including identity verification, detection and prevention of security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis and handling measures according to the law to better prevent security risks such as website phishing, fraud, network loopholes, computer virus, network attack, network intrusion and other security risks and to more accurately identify actions in violation of laws and regulations or the relevant product or service agreements. We may combine information we obtain about you for the purposes described above. We may also use the information we obtain for other purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection or otherwise with consent.
Traffic
For security purposes, we collect may collect URL access records (e.g. device terminal type, device terminal screen resolution, device network operator, etc.), user behavior data, and device data. We may record URLs that we consider risky.
2.4 Function-related information
Video-recording specs
When you bind your device to the App, you may control the camera’s settings, adjust specifications, and start recording in the App’s video-recording interface. When enabled, the App will collect information related to your video recordings.
Tutorials
Antigravity’s App offers tutorials on how to use our products and other useful tips on video recording. If you save, like, or download these tutorials, we will record your saved tutorial history to enhance your user experience.
3. Information From Third Parties
When you purchase our goods and services using payment methods supported by third-party platforms, such as PayPal or Apple Pay, out platform will redirect your request to the selection provider. Once the transaction is completed, we will collect the relevant transaction records and details from these third parties to process your order.
II. How We Share Your Information
1. Third-Party Service Providers
We may disclose or share your information with third-party service providers that support the provision of our products and services. These may include third-party professional service providers, cloud hosting providers, and customer service providers, who process your personal information on our behalf. We will only share personal information that is necessary for the provision of our products and services. We will also enter into strict confidentiality agreements with the companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share personal information, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
Where the sharing of your data is based on consent, you have the right to refuse to consent to the sharing of your personal information with third parties. Please note that if you refuse to consent to the sharing of information with third parties, you may not be able to use the specific corresponding features.

2. Business Transfers
We may transfer your data to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Antigravity's asset, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us may be among the assets transferred.

Antigravity Community
Antigravity offers a community feature which designed to foster engagement among users with shared interests. You may upload and share content from your App album or device album to the community. When posting in the community, please review and comply with our Antigravity Community Forum Rules. Please note that any information (including personal information) you upload to the public space of our Platform may be seen, collected, and used by other visitors. You are solely responsible for any personal information you choose to upload.

If you wish to access and edit your personal information in your account, you may do so by logging into your account on our website or App and accessing the relevant pages for personal information, changing your password, changing your email address, etc.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information and you can do so at any time by contacting us at dpo_contact@antigravity.tech and we will respond to your request within 15 business days. Provided that it is technically feasible for us to do so, for example by matching data interfaces, we can also transfer a copy of your personal information directly to the third party you specify at your request.
Right to Rectification of Personal Information
If you discover that we have processed your personal information incorrectly, you have the right to request that we make corrections. You may contact us at any time through the contact information provided on the website or in the App, or send email to dpo_contact@antigravity.tech.
Right to Data Erasure/Deletion
You have the right to request that the Company delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. You may make a request to us to delete personal information in the following cases:

If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You may limit our processing of your personal information in the following circumstances:

Right to Object Processing of Personal Data
You have the right to adjust the scope of the personal information we continue to collect or withdraw your authorization at any time, and when you withdraw such consent or authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information and will not be able to continue to provide you with the services for which you have withdrawn your consent or authorization. Your adjustment of the scope of your authorization will not affect the processing of your personal information by Antigravity based on your consent or authorization prior to the adjustment.
Right to Object to Direct Marketing
You have the right to object to the processing of personal information for direct marketing purposes. You can submit the request by contacting our customer service.
If you have previously subscribed to receive our marketing emails but no longer wish to receive them, you can unsubscribe by replying to the email or by disabling the "Product Promotions" option in App Settings > Notifications to stop receiving push notifications.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where we rely on your consent to process your data, you have the right to withdraw consent you have provided to us at any time, and we will stop further processing. You can always provide your consent to us again at a later time. You can send the request to dpo_contact@antigravity.tech.
Right to Compliant
If you are unable to exercise your rights as described above, or if you believe that Antigravity has violated any laws, administrative regulations, or agreements with you regarding the processing of your personal information, you may contact us through the channels set forth in this Policy.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint to an applicable supervisory authority or other regulators if you are not satisfied with our responses to your requests or how we manage your personal information. You can remove your number form the DNC Registry whenever you want.
Right to Compliant

V. Children’s Data
We define “children” as individuals (i) under the age of 16 residing in the EU/EEA, (ii) anyone under 13 residing in all other regions, or (iii) individuals who qualifies as “children” under the applicable data protection laws of their respective jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children may not register for an account on our Platform or send us personal information such as their names, address, phone numbers, email address, etc., unless permitted by local law and their guardians have given their consent. We will only use or publicly disclose personal information collected from children with the consent of their guardians as permitted by law, with the consent of the guardian, or as necessary to protect the child. We do not sell or share children’s data under the definition of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its regulations.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without the consent of the child's guardian, we will delete the data as soon as we are aware of it. If you believe that we may improperly hold personal information from or about a child, please contact us.
VI. Data Retention and Security
1. Data Retention
We will only store your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and for as long as required by law, regulation and supervision, unless there is a mandatory retention requirement by law. If we terminate the service or operation, we will promptly stop the activities of continuing to collect your personal information, and, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations, delete or anonymize your personal information. Where the immediate deletion is not possible, for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives, then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. If we anonymize your personal information (so that it can no longer be associated with you), we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Antigravity (U.S.) App provides Services exclusively for U.S. users (hereinafter referred to as “you”), which is operated by PixelSpace so as to comply with U.S. laws and regulations.

Precise Geographical Location Information of Antigravity Device: When you use features such as flight safety data updates, flight maps, Geofencing, Find My Drone, services, and support, we collect the precise geographical location information of the Antigravity device paired with the App in order to provide functional support and after-sales services.
1.3 Message Notifications
In the course of our operations, we may send you one or more types of notifications through the App interface or via the contact information you provide while using our products and/or services (such as your email address). These notifications may include, for example, service status updates, identity verification, security verification, user experience surveys, service feedback invitations, and customer research related to products or features.
Please be aware that certain notifications are essential for the provision of services as they relate to core functions and security verification. For other types of notifications, please rest assured that if you do not wish to receive them, you may disable or unsubscribe from them through the following methods:
1.3.1 For App notifications: You can adjust your message reception preferences via the “My – Settings” function.
1.3.2 For email communications: If you do not wish to receive such messages, you can unsubscribe using the method provided in the email, or you may contact us directly to unsubscribe.
1.4 Video Editing and Intelligent Processing
When you use the editing function to process captured content, your video files are processed locally on your device and will not be uploaded to the cloud. The system only records your editing operation logs (such as cropping timestamps, filter application, etc.) for the purposes of local preview, effect generation, and troubleshooting.
1.5 Uploading Your Work
When you participate in our call for submissions with prizes , in order to confirm that your uploaded work is made by our products and to contact you in a timely manner, we need to collect your submission type, camera type, name, email address, content of your work (which may include your portrait, voice and other personal information, etc.), title, description of your work, date of creation, time of creation, geographical location, etc.
When you choose to upload your text, image and video works (including public post, private post and save into draft box) to our Platform, in order to manage and recommend your work, we need to collect your nickname, profile picture, content you published or to be published, as well as information of device you are using to create the content, the time of creation, and the location.
When you receive our campaign rewards, in order to issue the rewards to you, we need to collect your Paypal account number, Paypal email, name and country.
1.6 Warranty
Purchase of Antigravity Care & Extended Warranty
When you need to purchase or activate AntigravityCare or extended warranty service, we need to collect your product serial number, product purchase information, AntigravityCare card number, password and agreement number to match it with your purchase.
After-sales service
When you apply for after-sales service, in order to match you with the nearest repairer and more accurately determine the problem and provide repair service, we need to collect your location, product serial number, product purchase information, problem description, Antigravity Care agreement number (if you have purchased Antigravity Care), Antigravity extended warranty agreement number (if you have purchased Antigravity Extended Warranty), pickup and delivery address. If you apply for our Online Repair service, we need to collect your name, phone number, email address, return address, product serial number, fault condition, date of purchase of product, etc.
When you contact us through our Platform, by email, via our App, or in any written form, in order to resolve your issue, we need to collect a record of the communication between you and customer service. We will also use the information we collect and use your account information, order information, contents of the communication between you and us, and any other reviews or feedback you provide to facilitate communications with you and to respond to your inquiries. If you contact us with inquiries or feedback via “Service and Support – Ticket Service,” we will collect the information you submit that is related to the issue (such as the type of problem and the associated product). During the process of creating a ticket, if you choose to upload logs, we will also collect the device logs you select. We will use the information you provide solely for the purpose of providing you with after-sales service and support, and not for any other purpose.
1.7 Network Security -- Reporting Bugs and Error
When you need to report bugs and provide suggestions to us, in order to contact you, we need to collect information about the problem you need to give feedback on (such as product category, problem type, recurrence steps, recurrence probability, whether you can recover it, etc.) and your name, phone number or email address.
1.8 Marketing
When you choose to participate in the activities held by us or subscribe to our event information, in order to timely push the event information to you or get in touch with you, we will collect your name, phone number or email address, home address, survey content, etc. on the basis of your consent, you can unsubscribe by contacting us.
2. Information Automatically Generated and Collected
2.1 Accessing our platforms
When you access our platforms, we automatically collect technical data including your Media Access Control (MAC) address, screen resolution, operating system and its version, device manufacturer and its model, language, Internet browser and its version, the name of the software you are using and its version and the time it was taken.
2.2 Permissions
To achieve the above purposes, our App requests permission to access certain information from your device that are necessary for the provision of our services. You can enable or withdraw the relevant permission authorization at any time via the “My – Settings” function. After withdrawing the authorization, we will no longer collect information related to these permissions. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information that has already been collected and used based on your prior authorization.

Logs
We need to collect information such as Log files generated when you use our products and services. The log files include device and other technical information. You may also choose to upload log files to help us identify the issue. We may use the information for security purposes, including identity verification, detection and prevention of security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis and handling measures according to the law to better prevent security risks such as website phishing, fraud, network loopholes, computer virus, network attack, network intrusion and other security risks and to more accurately identify actions in violation of laws and regulations or the relevant product or service agreements. We may combine information we obtain about you for the purposes described above. Traffic
For security purposes, we collect may collect URL access records (e.g. device terminal type, device terminal screen resolution, device network operator, etc.), user behavior data, and device data. We may record URLs that we consider risky.

Video-recording specs
When you bind your device to the App, you may control the camera’s settings, adjust specifications, and start recording in the App’s video-recording interface. When enabled, the App will collect information related to your video recordings.
Tutorials
Antigravity’s App offers tutorials on how to use our products and other useful tips on video recording. If you save, like, or download these tutorials, we will record your saved tutorial history to enhance your user experience.
3. Information From Third Parties
When you purchase our goods and services using payment methods supported by third-party platforms, such as PayPal or Apple Pay, out platform will redirect your request to the selection provider. Once the transaction is completed, we will collect the relevant transaction records and details from these third parties to process your order.

Antigravity offers a community feature which designed to foster engagement among users with shared interests. You may upload and share content from your App album or device album to the community. When posting in the community, please review and comply with our Antigravity Community Forum Rules. Please note that any information (including personal information) you upload to the public space of our Platform may be seen, collected, and used by other visitors. You are solely responsible for any personal information you choose to upload.

“Do Not Track” (DNT) signals
