If damage or drone loss (flyaway) occurs during normal use or from an accident, you can request a replacement through the Antigravity Care Protection service process. After completion, you will receive a replacement product from Antigravity.
The number of available replacements varies between the different service plans:
Antigravity Care (1-Year Plan): Two replacements within one year
Includes one replacement for a lost drone (flyaway).
Antigravity Care (2-Year Plan): Four replacements within two years
Includes two replacements for a lost drone (flyaway).

30% Off Repair
Enjoy 30% off factory repairs, giving you peace of mind while reducing routine maintenance costs.

If you do not use the replacement service within the coverage period of Antigravity Care (2-Year Plan), you will be entitled to renew Antigravity Care (1-Year Plan) at half price upon the expiration of your current 2-Year Plan.
Application Scope: Only applicable to Antigravity Care (2-Year Plan). This benefit is not currently available for Antigravity Care (1-Year Plan) or Antigravity Care·Basic.
Global Online Service Support
The products covered under Antigravity Care Protection can apply for services using the global online service support channels. Products purchased through the official Antigravity Store or authorized retailers, accompanied by valid proof of purchase, are eligible for service worldwide, provided Antigravity technical support determines that the defect falls within the warranty scope. Upon approval, Antigravity will designate an official or authorized service provider to perform the warranty service. The applicable service terms and implementation rules shall follow the laws and regulations of the region where the service is performed.

What does Antigravity Care Protection include?

Antigravity Care Protection provides coverage for product damage resulting from normal use, including: Accidental drops and crashes, Water ingress, Lost connections leading to unrecoverable drones and Natural wear and tear.
Scenarios not covered include damage caused by intentional misuse, as well as direct or indirect losses due to force majeure events. For full details, please refer to the <a href="https://www.antigravity.tech/article/post?id=1958785518490718209">Terms of Service.</a>

What is covered under Antigravity Care Protection?

To purchase Antigravity Care for the first time, the following conditions must be met:
The drone must be brand new and unactivated or within the first 48 hours of activation.
If your product does not meet these conditions, please contact Antigravity Technical Support to request eligibility. Once approved, you must complete your purchase within 48 hours of receiving the notification.

Currently, Antigravity Care is available to customers in Mainland China, United States, Canada, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey, Romania, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan (China), Hong Kong (China), Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines.
You can check availability in your country on the official Antigravity Store. To ensure full support, Antigravity Care and any corresponding products must be purchased in the same country or region.

The official warranty provides free repair services for product performance failures caused by non-user factors. The warranty period is one year, and it does not include global warranty coverage.
Antigravity Care Protection covers product damage caused by normal use and accidents. You can choose either Antigravity Care or Antigravity Care·Basic. For more details, please contact Antigravity Technical Support.

What is the difference between Antigravity Care Protection and the official warranty?

You can purchase a renewal via the official Antigravity store from 7 calendar days before expiration to 48 hours after expiration. Only the 1-Year version of the same plan is available for renewal; the 2-Year Plan cannot be selected.
Customers who have Antigravity Care (2-Year Plan) and did not use any replacement benefits during the coverage period are eligible for 50% off a 1-Year Plan. Antigravity·Basic (2-Year Plan) is non-renewable.

How do I renew the Antigravity Care Protection, and what are the renewal conditions?

You may submit an after-sales request via the official website and the ship your device to us. After our repair specialist issues a repair quotation, you can choose whether to apply the 30% repair discount.
This benefit comes with an independent usage count. It does not consume device replacements and cannot be combined with flyaway or replacement benefits. There is no limit on repair savings. Usage counts: 1-Year Plan includes 1 discounted repair; 2-Year Plan includes 2 discounted repairs.

How do I use the 30% off repairs benefit?
